I think once you start eating the same type of foods, it becomes easier to track and you'll already have an idea on the calories and nutrients they have. But I've been logging for quite sometime because I love to eat a little too much so I want to keep track of not eating a week's worth in one day lol.

You should not feel like an idiot at all! I think this app is more to get you aware of what you eat, what kind of nutrients you should be getting, etc. So don't beat yourself over that!

Eating right (not less) is the biggest key to losing weight the right way. You have to make sure you're getting all the key nutrients throughout the day, including good fats (like nuts, avocado for example)...

First, don't change who you are for anyone except for yourself. Second, if you're open and honest nothing is happening, then people should respect that. Lastly, there's a difference between being friendly and flirting, and trust me, a lot of people don't know the difference.

Yes, make sure you're eating more, especially more proteins and slowly start adding my weights to your lifting. The more you workout, the more you should eat (lots of protein).
