Just a quick bit about me... use to be unhealthy, thought pizza was a food group, love chocolate and dessert more than your average bear. Hit rock bottom with self realization early last year when I weighed in at 180lbs and wore size 12( I am 5'4). Decided to do something about it instead of wallowing in self pity... I bought my first FitBit, started clean eating, played less video games and did more activities outdoors and went to the gym a lot. Fast forward a year, and I weigh 140lbs and am now a size 6. Now that I am around the size I want to be, my next goal is to lean out and tone up. New Year, New Me!
