    Impressive. I have just started mfp and after 5 days I feel great. I have not done my first weigh in but I am very hopeful this is going to work. It's simple math, calories consumed - calories burned = weight lose. MFP makes it easy to keep track of calories in/out. Good Luck to you.

    Hi what's up you guys!!! My goal is to be 20% in my bmi. It's really hard to stick to a meal plan but it's worth it at the end.
