3rd time big weight loss in my life! Have better coping mechanisms now:)

Hey guys! I'm on another journey of losing weight.
It's funny, it takes me getting up to 190 to STOP. Take action.
So I started back around June 2016. I've gotten down to 156.8.
This time harder than ever, had a Hysterectomy.
First 2 years after the "H" I was 18% b.f. I got depressed this last go round.
Blah blah blah,
This last week I've started IF 16/8. I feel good. No cravings.
I'm also doing Keto. 5/16/79
My body is my experiment. :/

it's been years since I was a P.T. Alot has changed with the info and industry. I just wanna get my body right before 34!!!! Hahaha
My goal weight is 125.
I'm 5'5- small frame. Wanna keep some curves, still.
HIIT 3x a week. Running 2 miles 3x a week. Total body circuit 2x.
Love Fitness Pal. Been off and on since 2010.
Really helps me with my macs.
Encouraging to see so many that are members!
