i wouldnt, but i STILL (and its been 5 years) Get the same thing... They KNOW they should too so instead of facing the hard truth of it, they would rather point fingers to make themselves feel better... its sad, but you have to stand strong and know what you want and that you will get there! Heck if you stay at it long…

Well all of the vitamins, mineralss, prebiotics, probiotics, etc... are important! one isnt necessarily better than the other in my opinion! Do you take anything for NUTRITION?

ive lost friends. not that i didnt like them, they just started to pick on me for my healthy eating. if thats the case and they are gonna throw their junk on me thn i dont want to be friends! lol

Are you following a plan? what do you do for workouts? What does your nutrition look like? Are you getting enough sleep? staying hydrated? all that comes into play!

I HAVE! Loooved it! super easy to follow/modify if you need to. it was fun AND only 25 min! haha the nutrition guide was great too! when do you plan on starting?

it happens! could be in your nutrition (amount OR macros OR gluten etc...) the day before, the amount of sleep you got, hydration levels, weather, live circumstance, etc.... we cant give the same level of 100% every day! just show up and do your best for that day!

Im not sure why! but i do know my friend reversed it and got off his high blood pressure meds too! Did the dr tell you what to do? do you have a plan youre going to follow?
