    P90X, but thats cause i like resistance training too :) im actually P90X and Insanity certified if you need any guidance ;)

    both are great ...i have both and enjoy doing them ..

    Two different animals. P90X is strength training and Insanity is cardio HIIT.

    I'm an Insanity Instructor so that's my drug of choice, but that is until you get to Max 30, that program is utter garbage.
