Weight training + core for fat loss

my trainer has me doing weight lifting circuits and core for fat loss any comments?

    seems legit! youll also need to pay attention to your nutrition!

    I burn calories like crazy doing circuits. Lighter weights, 6-8 exercises no rest between exercises, but rest between sets. Keep changing out the exercises so you're body cant get too efficient at a specific lift. I add cardio as well to my routine. Elliptical in my case.

    Your trainer could hardly charge $$ to watch you run around a track.
