Hi everyone! I'm 30 years old, mother of five and trying to lose the baby weight from my fifth (and last) child. I have roughly 86 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight. Most of all, I just want to feel healthy. I would like to get to the point where I can run a mile without stopping. I would love to have some people add me as a friend and hopefully I can offer some encouragement. Thanks!
