5'2/32 yrs old was losing at 1200 now maintaining. Was put on 1720 by mfp app but was gaining so changed 1320 now holding.

I go to the gym 4x a week. Usually I do one a cardiovascular hour with Zumba and then strength training or calisthenics. I noticed that I'm not sweat like a did b4. I almost reached my target goal weight.

I want to know how much sugar is allowed? Bc they told me don't have nothing with more than 10 MG sugar but not how much in total for a day is allowed

I excerise 3/4 days a week for two hours ea. day of those days. Cardio pacifically zumba than a weight strengthening class after. I also eat healthier and don't eat most of my calories back.

Every morning without fail i have a nonfat 80 cal greek yogurt flavored. Then protein bar or egg in muffin or hardboiled egg or multigrain waffle with 1 tbs peanut butter.

I had my surgery Jan. 8th. I've lost 67 lbs so far. Feeling great! I had a gastric sleeve. I'm @ the 6 month point. I started zumba classes and I'm in love. I started losing again after starting the classes 3x a week. B)

I did baby food. I so not into veggies so I stayed with the meats. I seasoned the turkey or chicken. I also did mashed potatoe or yams and food chopper my meats like baked chicken breast.

I feel incredibly good. He likes the way I look but he seems insecure and jealous. I want to do a little excerise everyday. He's naturally fit so it comes easy for him.

had my gastric sleeve January 8,2015. I lost about 40 lbs since then. I'm having support issues with my husband he says that I'm obsessed with excerise. He says he doesn't know me anymore. I'm stressed. All I want is to do alittle excerise everyday to keep losing.
