  • You absolutely will be able to do this! Mind you, you wouldn't be lifting heavy.. but it's definitely an effective form of exercise. I train my father (in his late 60's) who has had shoulder surgery, and he is still able to lift.. just not anything too heavy and I usually need to customize his routines so he can preform…
  • You can try a detox to lose water weight.. the only other 'quick fixes' would be to possibly spray tan/use bronzer (I'm really against tanning beds). It can actually make you look slimmer because of how the color contours your body. Lemon water helps detox the body and curve appetite, cutting out complex carbs and sticking…

As long as it is soreness (manageable) and not actual pain (sharp, persistent, throbbing) then a day or two to rest before doing the same workout is usually good. You do not want to strain these muscles though, so do remember to stretch…
  • Before and after photos are a great way of tracking progress because it allows you to really see the difference. Not only will it help keep you motivated (by seeing how far you've come), but it will absolutely help you stay accountable for yourself and keep you on track. If you do choose to do this I would suggest the…
