help wanted: motivator

I am great about going to the gym, but stay I on track with my eating is the hardest. I dont eat all day and then I binge...any encouraging words or helpful tips or tricks would be great. Like quick snacks high in protein and such

Honestly the best way to get on track is by meal prepping. Then you can bring how ever many meals/snacks you need during the day with you. I usually meal prep on Sundays (and yes my meals tend to be very repeatitive), then during the week they would go to class/work with me. It takes some dedication but it's super worth it.0
