I do it a bit odd, I eat about 75% of them and also deduct 10% off the predicted work out numbers. So I make sure I am under in work out calories, as I do worry they get over estimated!

Ha, I appear to have lost a day (I can't work out time gaps) So, my biggest achievement - getting in to med school at 25. And I am from a town called Bedford in England, but now livenin Southampton, England, by the sea (but not pretty sea)!

I'll be doing 90 mins every day of exercise for the duration - and staying 20% under my earnt calories!

I'm a second year medic and I struggle like mad - I seem to hang around with tiny people who eat nothing but cake! Although I spend my life in a lecture theatre I seem to feel the urge to constantly eat and I really need to do the water bottle thing! But yes, the pressure is on to lose some weight!

Hey Cat! As another Cat at university (although slightly older I'm sure) - I can completely empathise with you, my friends are tiny types and an ex army PT trainer (aaargh!). Walk everywhere! It saves money and is surprisingly good at burning calories - and maybe your campus has a gym? Mine worked out at about £12 a month…

Well, apparently I wouldn't touch it from the age of 4, with the exception of chicken. I asked my mum what chicken was, and refused to eat it too! I go six times a week, because if I have a day off in between that day turns in to three or four off......I do make sure I am busy on my day off though, so it's an essential day off!
