So I went for a good walk yesterday! Then my foot started hurting mid shift at work, and kept getting worse. Now I’m home today with my foot up ... kinda sucks!

So the last time I lost my weight, I did it on my own, and did a great job... then I gained half of it back, and I’ve been having a rough go. Last night my husband said “babe, we gotta do something’!” We both weighed ourselves this morning, and he’s at the highest he’s ever been... so hopefully between this fab team here…

So I stepped on the scale today and it said 194.0 😍. I’ll wait and see if it reflects the same tomorrow ... that’s a loss of 2.9lbs.. I can’t wrap my brain around why such a drop, but I’m thinking I’ve had a hectic couple weeks and I haven’t really been exercising, so no added muscle mass????

My fam and I are in Sarnia, ON for the wkend, as we’ve just purchased an income property here. I’m not tracking my food, as I’m running on data instead of wifi and I’m admittedly eating like crap, since we’re grabbing things to eat on the run. My weight has been all over the map, especially this past week. I’ve fluctuated from 195.8 to 201.1 ... I’m going to attribute it to a combination of strength training and my cycle, but it’s so defeating to see a crazy flux in the scale! 🎢 🎢
