  • Phew! Really hard for me to get to the ~475 mins we needed this week but I did it! The weather was really cold/rainy here in Ohio and I get a lot of my exercise outside since I live on the 2nd floor and feel weird about the noise of working out with neighbors below lol Hope everyone had a good weekend!

  • I always struggle with healthy and filling snacks that aren't carbs because I'm allergic to nuts! Anyone else have this issue or have any alternatives to peanut butter, almonds, etc?

  • Dropped the ball a little on calories today due to dinner out with friends and my inability to resist crème brûlée. But I took the pup for a walk when I got home (even though it was late) which is not what I would normally do after a rich/heavy meal so that's a change. It's the little things, right?
