Honestly. Anxiety, panic.... working on this. I'm trying to learn that hunger is normal and a good thing. Hunger means I need to refuel and that is all.

Two rye crackers they are huge crackers - 70 calories for both with two wedges of laughing cow cheese - 50 calories. 120 calories for a salty, cheesy and crunchy snack.

Could Throw in some avacado for some extra healthy fats. Don't forget to weigh out.... fruit, cheese and dressing can sneak up on you.

Throw some spinach or leafy greens in a bowl with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chopped apple -Any fruit you like- top with a little goat cheese or feta and/ or dried cranberries drizzle balsamic it a low calorie raspberry dressing.

Easy breakfast. Shredded wheat Milk Bananas or any fruit you like and you could add a little honey if you like it sweet I don't bother because I love bananas, it keeps me pretty full until snack.

I like shredded wheat.... The ones that look like hay bails with bananas.... Not low carb.

Make up some strong iced tea, Davids has some amazing fruit infusions and herbal teas. Muddle up some fresh fruit and mint. Add some vodka or rum.

To be straight forward, urine, feces, water you drank, food you consumed. May be better to weigh yourself once a week first thing in the morning once you've gone to the bathroom and before consuming anything. Either always wear the same clothes or just do it naked.

I know it's not the same, but have you tried making iced herbal teas and -fruit teas- most of them are little to no calories, you could sweeten them with a tiny bit of honey or agava until your able to drink it straight or even try it straight a lot of the fruit infusions are already nice. Could even try adding fresh fruit…
