I'm on day 3 of no dairy, because I haven't lost an ounce in 5 weeks! I was having too much HWC + cheese. Recipes that you enter yourself can be incorrect also. I entered all ingredients for a pudding & MFP has each serving way off on carbs, showing each at 12 carbs instead of 30. I didn't realize how off it was, or I would have eaten much less, less often! Be careful & verify it calculates correctly.

Is the phentermine a body builder thing? I've met & heard of several people recently doing it w/ low carb & for me, low carb is an appetite suppressant. So, does it serve another purpose? Is it for more energy?

Me too. Body ache, feverish, tired, brain fog. I'm 6 weeks in & just started feeling sick this week. I'm adding sodium, magnesium & potassium on the advice of others here :)

Congrats on your success! If the scale isn't working for you, ditch it! As long as you are sticking to your goals & losing inches of fat & not losing muscle, then keep it up!! Way to go!

Thanks! Good info. I will add sodium & try to cut back on processed meats & go for real foods. I'm 5'7" and want to lose at least 70 lbs. I had the same response when I started out with too much CO. Now I make my BPC w/ coffee, 2T butter, 1T CO or MCT, 1scoop protein powder & 1-2 T walden farms SF FF caramel syrup

I have a real sweet tooth & each time I do low carb, I eat lots of packaged sugar free foods/treats/drinks & have a hard time losing weight. This time I'm determined to focus on real food & see if I can lose some serious weight
