  • Thinking I really need to go on a sugar fast- as some of you have wisely suggested! I don't know what set this binging off, but it's really getting the best of me. Maybe it's the holidays coming up, and everyone offering me chocolate and sweets. Maybe it's me thinking I've been good for so long, (and the cravings HAVE…
  • Thanks everybody! I'll try out the groups you mentioned :) I also made myself a little logging notebook, I find it very comforting to physically write my feelings and recordings in pen and paper. I wish you all the best!
  • Sunday (Dec. 6, 2015) Planning on a hearty breakfast (since I'll be out the rest of the day until late.) Will buy a 'healthiest-option' snack, if I get hungry. Weigh in (morning, no breakfast): 53,2 kg. Social Snack: Skyr with paleo topping How mindful? B. Mind was wandering, but posture was great, and ate unrushed (if not…
  • Dear Bri170lb, I am so happy for you! All I really want is to be at peace with myself- and my relationship with food. I'm looking forward to seeing how his plan goes, and how long it will take to be free of binging.

  • Thank you guys for the great feedback! I just tried coconit flour pancakes this morning amd they are a great substitute
  • I am doing pretty well so far too! I had a big burger with work collegues tonight... but am happy to have stayed away from the fries and beer. No binging or craving, and hardly any hunger today even though I skipped breakfast. I would recommend boiled eggs- they are packed wih protein amd super easy! Try also yoghurt with…

Let's start the 100 days tomorrow, Nov. 10, which means end date is Feb 18. 2016 :) There are no real rules as to logging, just share you experience, acomplishments, tips, and remember we are here for support! I think I'll start my day tomorrow with a big bowl of full-fat yogurt with nuts and cinnamon....
  • Thank you guys! Very helpful tips :)
  • Thanks everyone for the great input! :) I'm Living in Denmark now, where we typically eat rolls with butter and honey for breakfast. Danishes and pastries if it's something really special... :disappointed: I guess it would be best to keep breakfast (since I do feel lousy if I skip), but try high fat & protein breakfasts.…
