You might be right... I have always loved breakfast! It's just that I normally have to eat it alone... which can be dangerous for me :P But I guess that will be a good opportunity for me to practive mindful eating ;) Then, I'd just have to take care to eat a lighter lunch or dinner?

I am doing pretty well so far too! I had a big burger with work collegues tonight... but am happy to have stayed away from the fries and beer. Alrighty then! Let's start the 100 days tomorrow, Nov. 10, which means end date is Feb 18. 2016 :) There are no real rules as to logging, just share you experience, acomplishments, tips, and remember we are here for support! I think I'll start my day tomorrow with a big bowl of full-fat yogurt with nuts and cinnamon....

Thanks everyone for the great input! :) I'm Living in Denmark now, where we typically eat rolls with butter and honey for breakfast. Danishes and pastries if it's something really special... :disappointed: I guess it would be best to keep breakfast (since I do feel lousy if I skip), but try high fat & protein breakfasts.…
