Stay with it. Your body is just getting in time with what is happening. Try increasing you intake for a day by 500 calories and then drop back. Amp up your exercise, but main thing is stick with it. I lost 23kg in 3 month just keep going. Good luck

I just hit my first 20 kg mark today. Some days are hard, somedays just don't work. But get back out there tomorrow do something different for your exercise and look at the big pitcure of what you have already achieved. You can do it

5'6 was 137.7kg when started 8 weeks ago now 121.3kgs loss of 16.7kg (32lb) still away to go. But hard work does pay off.

Have lost 36lbs in 2 months and still got lots to go. Although today i feel fat. But my real notice the difference is when I fitted into a jacket I haven't been able to wear for a few years.☺

Was 137.7kg to start. So as they say the bigger your are the quicker you loose it. We'll initially anyway. I just track everything, exercise. If I want a treat I have it. And just keep a close on eye on what I eat.
