Lost 23 kg in 3 months before we want on holiday. Been back a month and can not get back into logging food. I am training for my first ever quarter marathon on two weeks. I haven't gained any weight still at what I lost. Just needing some motivation support. Thanks in advance

1ST GOAL REACHED
After 11 weeks of changing my lifestyle I have reach my first major goal. 20kgs loss. I started at 137.7kgs and now at 117.6kgs. Achieving and loosing
Well for the first time ever in my life today I ran my first 5kms. Is wasn't fast but I did. So proud of myself. 7 weeks into MFP logging everyday, exercising and watching what I eat and i have lost 13.8kgs Feeling very happy today. Hard work and a good mind set does pay off.

The start of success.
Yes. Reached my first goal 10.4 kgs gone 5 weeks. And first 1km run today without stopping, and feeling like I was dying. Good day all round. Keep it up everyone. Hard work does start to pay off.

Weight plateau
3 week lost 7kilos. This is 4th week and gained 1.5kilo. Still strict on calories and exercise. Maintaining 1000 - 1200 calories. Frustrated and loising motivation. Please suggestions
