Help please

Lost 23 kg in 3 months before we want on holiday. Been back a month and can not get back into logging food. I am training for my first ever quarter marathon on two weeks. I haven't gained any weight still at what I lost. Just needing some motivation support. Thanks in advance

    Whats the MAIN goal you have?

    Your 10K race is in two weeks? Well for me, knowing that I have a race in two weeks, that would be my primary goal. I personally would not and do not complicate my running goals and moreover my race goals with weight loss.

    I predict that if you were using running as a main component of your weight loss plan, you have adapted to the running per se. Its very easy to do.

    So while you are training, be thinking about setting your next weight loss goal and be ready to form a new plan and just start a new!!

    I would say think of logging as part of your training, take it one meal at a time, its great that you have kept your weigh off and i am super impressed that you are doing a marathon, so I would look at logging as a tool to look back on even after your marathon, to see what you did right.
