What are the stickies? Where do I look? Sound good :)

Ok so do That sounds the same to me as trial and error of adding on that amount to my goal. But ok I will try it that way like you thanks :)

I am an maintenance and have enabled negative adjustments. But if I go with mfps goal I loose weight. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. That's why I was trying to understand the maths. Sorry I won't bug you any more. Thanks for trying to help

Ok, thanks.

I do ignore Fitbit and follow mfp but Ialthough I'm in sedentary I changed the calorie goals myself from 1570 to 1800 , ( people said to change gradually till you found what was right and I've stopped loosing it) that's wat I mean by added on myself. So if I change it back to the 1570 will that just mean I get a bigger…

If I change my setting from sedentary to active I still have the same number adjustment from Fitbit? Surely if I start as active Fitbit will give me less calories adjustment for my exercise than if I'm sedentary?
-
I think I kinda understand now, sorry, what is left on mfp I can eat includes the extra I have added on myself. So how do I set them both up so I'm eating what I burn, or do I have to keep adjusting my guess for my goal until I find a number that keeps my weight stable? I eat and burn so differently each day. Some are a lot…

No hrm. :(. Well at moment :(, just a zip
-
Is it the net calories not the total calories in that graph?
-
I didn't mean so much a night out, but a Friday night take away and drink I can log but will take me over the days ( but I wanted to use the ones I'd saved in the week)
-
Is that net not total?
-
I mean if I do it every week for a blow out every Friday if I'm good the rest of the time
-
Mmmm maybe I shud find a way to add it as an exercise
-
Maybe that's also a thing effecting my calorie burn estimate. I push a heavy wheelchair when at work sometimes for long periods of time. But my fit bit zip only counts the steps, but I can't log it as an exercise either
-
T Thankyou
-
Ok thanks :) can I ask, you said you do a whole days calories over in a week ( and still not gained) do u do that in one day ( binge day) or over a week?
-
I'm quite good with food, I log everything and weigh it. So how can Fitbit underestimate my burn? I don't do exercise to log. Just day to day and I do walk a lot so my steps are correct?
-
I'm still confused on what to do, as I am set at sedentary , and am eating my extra calories. But I've also put it in mfp to gain1lb a week ( I don't wAnt to I just felt I need that so as by my pass weeks without my Fitbit) so why if my mfp is set for 500 kcal a day extra am I not putting on weight?

Thanks, so in a weekly sense, how is the total or net worked out for a week. I look at the graphs as I like to keep to my goal over a week as everyday is very different to me. But I can't work out which one is the average of the calories I have had that week. ( I thought it wud be divide by 7)

Ok thanks, I will get my head round it, I'm just too impatient !!!! I need to b less obsessed, thanks for your help. :)
