Thanks for encouragement. Unfortunately a very difficult week at work, prevented me sticking with it. Think I will start again on Monday as challenge 6 :smiley:

Getting difficult to progress but managed wall squat 1min5sec and Plank 1min10sec. Daily recording is helping me try to improve - thanks @kayjosh2422 :smile:

Just devised a new exercise plan - 2 x step classes per week, 2 x 30 minute (new) exercise DVD, 1 x 45 minute (older) exercise DVD and 1 x 1 hour dancing. If I can keep this up I should mitigate the occasional over-runs on calories.

Couldn't find my dvd remote this morning so instead of my regular exercise dvd I did a 15 minute freebie Insanity workout from Youtube! Not for me every day - but I did it!

Just noticed the auto correct changed my creme fraiche (in carrot & coriander soup above) to creme fruit! No need for fruit in the soup lol

Starting weight - Sept 12th - 163 Challenge Goal Weight - 143 This week Weight - September 20th - 161 -2lbs Really pleased as this is despite a couple of far too calorie heavy treats, but it looks like the extra exercise this week balanced it.
