    @UnknownAX0 Don't really have a goal weight at the moment. Just seeing how I look as I go since lots of people seem to look different at the same weight even if they're the same weight so decided that'd be the best way to do it :)

    @ihda09 Pretty much just stuck to around what MFP told me, since it seemed to get it right for me most of the time. Didn't pay much attention to the carbs / fats / protein for most of it, just stuck to staying near the calorie goal. Focusing on making sure I get more protein now that I go to the gym but still not really too worried about it. At the start my goal was around 2100 a day I think, now it's down to around 1500

    Oh and I've never logged exercise on here, always been told it's usually really inaccurate so I just don't plan to eat back calories burned from exercise. Then if I do get hungry / end up eating something bad for whatever reason (which happens quite a lot) then I don't feel so bad about it since I know I had spare calories anyway
