Didn't know they were so versatile. I think when the time comes I'll try the stuffed cheese before getting too adventurous or ahead of myself. Thanks everyone

I looked up ETAs on staples, and the wrist is about 10 to 14 days. Since I can't do my normal routine, I think I will take the advice to focus more on my nutrition. Spend the time I would use to pay more attention and maybe fine some better recipes than salad and protein shakes. Hopefully when I heal up this can be a…

I cut my wrist pretty deep. Was cleaning my fish tank, tried to lift up a corner, missed, went through the glass. I have 14 staples in my wrist. I made an appointment online for my GP, but with it being a holiday, just have to wait. My routine, the weights were mainly for my arms and back, used the 35 lbs for sit ups, but…

That helps a lot. Thank you so much.

I honestly have no idea what I can do. The urgent care was disappointing. I got stapled up without being properly numbed, told I was lying when I said I could feel it, they mostly talked to my husband when I was right there, ya know, bleeding. I didn't receive any care instructions, antibiotics, or pain killers. When we…

Nice to meet you. I'm Ali from the US. I have about 70 to 100 to lose. Done keto before and it was great. Just life happened and things stopped.
-
That's good to know. Both were in fact "deployed" been a while since I've been active on here so I can see it changed a lot. Thanks guys.
-
I'm starting it too. Happy new year!

Hey I'm 5'7" and now playing around 256 to 260. Keep yo-yoing there. I want to get back down to the 200 range, ultimately below 200. I'm still carrying the baby weight I gained..... but the baby is going to be 10 years old this month.

I want to stop hating my reflection.

I had great results with keto in the past. One 2 week road trip with gas station food and fast food shut me down for a while bit I'm trying to get back into it.
-
When I started keto I felt sick and had to adjust my exercise routine due to lack of carbs in my case. I have constant high blood pressure, no meds, just as the doc says, "keeping an eye on it. " After about two weeks my body fell back into routine. No more keto flu.

I'm going back to it too. It was the only plan that I could follow easily. Lost my keto way when I went on a two week road trip with gas station food. Ugh. Good luck
-
Also I found I had to modify my workouts to help compensate for the lack of carbs.
-
Been doing it for about 6 months, lost 40 pounds. I have a group on here called keto cooking if you're looking for some recipes

That sounds amazing

Oooohhhh love me some mushrooms and cheese.
-
Sounds tasty. Can it be made in just a skillet or it has to be a waffle iron?

Let me know how you like

Chocolate was great, still got the coconut flavor but it was balanced. Had it as a milk shake with a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Here is the coconut ice cream in one of the molds I used. What's great is the size of it,,, I used it for my coffee instead of creamer and oil. Using the ice cream is only 4 more calories than using heavy whipping cream and the MTC oil. Probably not as good for me, but still it's great

Let us know how they are

the original coconut one is awesome. Haven't tried the chocolate one yet. Let you know when. I do

For this whole week, it seems I'll be in a car except for the brief stops at rest stops and possible hotels. Looks like I've failed my own challenge.
