In my experience, results may vary. For what its worth, I eat mine most of the time, but there are times that I don't. The same with going a couple of thousand calories over the top on some days every couple of weeks. No. :) I've been shaving my head since I was 22 because my hair is too thick! I've re-tried hair once or twice since then but after about 5-6 weeks I remember why I shaved it off to begin with.

I prefer the wind blowing through my hair myself... so I've been riding a bike all Summer. Right now its out of commission, so to keep the cardio going, I've been hiking in the woods on the hill behind my house.
