Just sending out hi's and how are yours.

Im a big chick - who though knowing diets well. Or theories off... As never managed to keep it off. I eat when happy sad and everything in between. Trying to stay on track, Weekend though well that wasnt so good.Though i am on track at this moment. Not a bad start with the monday :)

Anyway. Im In Brisbane QLD... Mum to 3 grandmother to 3. Im trying to make the changes - for my self and no for others. The idea is so i can Im fitter.. the goal in mind, is i can take a long plane trip, to england without, taking up 2 seats :) so to speak.

    Welcome! I've only been here about two weeks and it's been great. Lots of support and people in the same boat.

    I love food too! I never felt like I ate because I was sad or happy. I just like to eat, and I never feel full.

    Its a battle.. to say the least. Pity its so much easier to give up. sigh.... And weekends seem my worse times..

    But am hanging in there... Maybe not be by much... but im working on it, at least...
