Hi ladies! I am 41, four kiddos, all boys;19,17,9&4. I’m wanting to lose 12 lbs to safely get into a healthy BMI for my frame size. So far I’ve been restricting calories and sporadically exercising. I’d like to be more consistent with the exercise part!

I am new to this whole recording food and consciously trying to shed some weight. It. Is. Hard. And it is super annoying to see those red numbers with the minus in front. So yeah, I mourn, I mourn hard. I really hope it gets easier

OP, if possible maybe don't spend as much time with this particular friend that isn't helpful :) I for one, really admire your weight loss...I'm trying to lose about ten pounds and I'm finding it excruciating.

Yes!!!! I actually use my baby's 'baby legs' type socks for my phone. Works awesome. I had an armband for my previous smaller phone and it was so annoying to have to remove the cover so it would fit. This option is so much quicker and cheaper :)) I need to bring my phone because the running app and running music :)

It's just sore (to the best of my knowledge) because I went from not running, to a whole bunch in three days. Awesome, I'm happy I can still keep active by walking. :) Thanks!

I just use a sock with the toe cut off and folded over (if that makes sense?) as an armband for my iPhone (I've got a 6, so not sure how much bigger a 6+ is). And earbuds generally just whatever I have on hand, haven't had any that have been better or worse. Not sure if that helps :) Hope you find a set up that works for…

Hm, well I seem to throw myself into it and fail spectacularly! Every day is a new day. And food is so darned hard bc we need it to live, so it's not like we can put it away and never look at it again, can we? Be kind to yourself and know that we take years to get these bad habits so we can't change them overnight…

I'm in! 5'4" ...I'm looking at ten pounds at least...my tall friends think that's peanuts but my pants, shirts, everything...doesn't fit! I had to buy all new clothes. Let's do this ladies! Under Tall power!

I can run for an hour+ without stopping (terrible pace mind you) but after day three of this my body (legs, hips and as of last night, my one knee) are really pissed off at me. I vote you skip ahead, but don't try and be a hero like I did or your body will rebel❤️

I tried it last month, and was so sore the next few days, it turned me off :-/ I'm thinking I'll start again when I have a little more core strength built up so I can at least move afterwards (I've got a baby to look after so I have to think of him...haha)
