Rough day

Was feeling hungry all darn day ever since I woke up. Spent day in yard but kept feeling weak and ill and felt starved. I ened up eating over my goal, but I spent most of day mowing, raking, and monkeying around in garsge. ( i think i ate too much carbs and not enough protein). Anyway, i finished the day off this evening with a dog walk and InSanity cardio circuit and ended up just over 200some cals over goal. But the best part was it was under the (maintain current weight number). So I call it a good day.
