I think u dont got my question, my question is if it does change in NUTRITION VALUE so i mean if i measured 100 grams of uncooked rice and it has 45 grams of carbs and cooked it and after it has been cooked i eat it ALL do i still get 45 grams of carbs ?

Chicken and Whey are one of the most cheapest protein there are, the reason they called is as "chepeast protein" is that you dont have to cook it/ready to take it in your body just with water

My fat percentage is 8 according to the fat caliper but i think im around 10-11 percent estimated coz i hardly see my abs but im well defined tho

According to fat caliper im 8 % so 11 % was my estimation from pictures etc

Im trying to lose body fat percentage. So did i lose muscle or was it just fats ?

Shorr question, is sleeping late at night bad around 12-1 am ? But i still sleep atleast 8 hours so my question is. Is sleeping late at night affect muscle gains
