Hey guys, im 5 feet 10 11 percent body fat 70 kgs im now lifting for a year now and gained 10 kgs but im not satisfied with what ive achieved compared to what i see on youtube (transformation) i want to get that aesthetics transformation this year and be more serious, any tips ? For building muscle, nutrition, workout etc..... how many reps and how much should i train
PS : ive took pictures tho so i know that i gained im just not happy with the results compared to what is see from youtube

    Eat In A Calorie Surplus, Google Hypertrophy, lift Heavy, 5-6 Days A Week For Best Results.. Building Muscle Naturally Is A Long Term Process, So Don't Be Discouraged By Slow Results...

    You need a good training program that focuses on heavy (high weight, low rep) compound lifts. I like the program in "Bigger Leaner Stronger," but there are other excellent programs as well.

    Be careful about judging yourself against others and especially against what you see on youtube or infomercials on TV. To make the most of your physique, you need a good weight training program, good nutrition geared toward bulking, maintaining or cutting (depending where you're at in the cycle), and good genes. There's nothing you can do about that last one, but it is a factor that comes into play when comparing yourself against others. Also, when you see spectacular results in others you may or may not be comparing yourself to someone who's on drugs.

    And then there's youtube. Rather than trying to explain how videos can be misleading whether the deception is intentional or not, I'll just link to this video on fake before and after results. It's amazing, IMO. https://youtube.com/watch?v=M957dACQyfU

    Shorr question, is sleeping late at night bad around 12-1 am ? But i still sleep atleast 8 hours so my question is. Is sleeping late at night affect muscle gains

    Sleep. Nope, as long as your getting your full 7-8 hrs. Your rythmn is what it is. Same as your body doesn't know if a meal is breakfast, lunch or dinner.
