Hey guys, ive been on a trip of 29 hours and i didnt eat good meals like chicken breast rice and you name it for 29 hours ( i only got 2 sandwiches with peanut butter). so i burned more calories and also didn't hit my minimum macro, but the next day i got into cheat meal for the whole day (mac donalds) so my question is does it affect my gains (burns muscle?) Or did i burn fat for that amount of time ?
Btw im 69 kgs 10 % bf 5 feet 10

    I'm confused.

    Are you trying to gain muscle or lose fat? Did you eat in a surplus or deficit for the days you're talking about?

    Im trying to lose body fat percentage. So did i lose muscle or was it just fats ?

    perhaps you should have had a dexa scan pre and post trip.
