When i go to online coach they always say this stuff "Workout that is design to ypur own body type that will wor FOR YOU "Nutrition that will work the best for your body type" and they would send a questionnaire, so my question is how can i learn to know my own body type and to make my own diet and workout plan for me to rely on my self.. and what kinds of questionnaire do they ask ?

Plug your numbers into MFP and eat whatever you like while keeping the calorie deficit that you are given. Do whatever kind of exercise you enjoy, and/or will help you meet your fitness goals.

    I wanna build muscle
My bad; this is good though.

Eat clean and with a slight surplus. Go slow. And remember to rest those muscles as that is key to growth and solid weight gain. So many guys don't get that.
When I hit the weights, I need a solid 4 days to recover. On that strength training day, I begin with HIIT as a morning warm up, then hit lower body and again after lunch, targeting upper body. It's a three hour routine.

My muscles are dead the following day, and I take a whole day off from any training.
On the 3 following days I do various cardio routines with differing intensities.
Of course, you might not want to do all that cardio given our goals are different.

As for body type, your gains will be determined by genetics, and just focus on becoming the best version of yourself whatever. It could very well be that some training routines are better for different body types.
I am pure MESOMORPH with gifted athleticism which makes everything so much easier.
Here is a test to see where you fit there. It's hardly an exact science.

    Good luck...and keep lifting brother!

The business about body type and so on. That's all beside the point. Just eat healthy and do enough exercise to make you happy and healthy. EVerything else is just about making money for them.
