Yes, I agree, it does taste great. I also have seen these 'healthy treats' that use coconut oil for baking.

"So Good Brand" just recently arrived at the supermarket that I usually go to shop. I noticed from the ingredient list, the sugar content is higher than the almond. So, I think there are better alternatives. I don't have issues with sweetened almond milk if the sugar is not too much. I personally think it's almond flavored…

I eat rice twice a day, I'm fine... I eat red/ white rice, I've also tried black rice, it's delicious!

Some people told me not to lose weight anymore, I just gave them a smile. Now even though I'm on maintenance, they tell me to gain weight... Of course I won't do that. It's getting annoying. I keep telling to myself that I didn't try to lose weight for them, I do it to improve my health.

Yep, just eat protein, vegetables and starchy carbs like brown rice/oats (don't forget healthy fats too) and within your calorie goals. I follow low fat diet too, but that's because I have a slightly high LDL. So, I limit saturated fat and avoid trans fat.

1 on workout days., especially if can't eat 2-3 hours before or after workout. So, I drink it just because it's convenient. Other than that , 0.

Hahaha.. IMO not keeping an open mind while learning about nutrition or health in general is dangerous. The least harmful effect is wasting money and the most harmful effect is damaging the body. :smile:
