The body does not consider 1100 calories as "starving" eating nothing for 3 weeks maybe...

Looks like you don't have any weight to loose according to your current stats.

I just got the charge hr and I love it. It pushes me to work harder and burn more. Not sure about accuracy yet, I haven't had it long enough

Check out the success stories forum. Great stuff there.

Lol I guess the term "sneakers" was too broad to use. Yes I am from the United States. To me a sneaker is anything that is not a dress shoe, heel, ladies flats, or sandals. I don't know the difference between that and a "tennis shoe"

Thank you. That means a lot. Weights for under the desk sound like a good idea too.

The elevator squats are a great idea. I don't mind getting sweaty. I work long term care with Alzheimer's, dementia, and psych patients so sometimes just breaking up fights or providing incontinence care can make me break a sweat lol

I'm 5 10 and 212 pounds. I always joke that I have to work harder than the shorter women when I work out. I have more to squat, longer legs to hold out straight etc! Lol. Glad someone else thinks the same way.

Sometimes on thin to average weight people the pulse of the abdominal aorta can be seen when a person is laying flat and still. As for the hardness...are you moving your bowels regularly?
