feel free to add me :-) ive had 2 csections, one 8 years ago and one 15 months ago. ive been working on losing the weight from my last pregnancy and just found out I'm due again in june. I'm determined to resist the cravings and avoid the 50-80lbs weight gain again lol.

I personally love it. I doubt the pill itself has helped me lose weight but the boost of energy helped me stay active and I do tend to lose more when I take it consistently.

I personally wouldn't becase I feel if I don't work to get it off I will be more likely to gain it back. I wouldnt hesitate to get a tummy tuck if I got my bf % low enough and had the money to spare :-)

its way More effective to squat with weights...and not on consecutive days :-) this challenge sounds very time consuming!

I would love to join! this sounds fun...just the motivation I need :-)

no I haven't

feel free to send me a friend request :-) im right with ya....I absolutely love my children but they TRASHED my body. between the 2 of them I gained 130lbs! luckily they are 7yrs apart so I had time to lose weight after my daughter but when I gave birth I was 205 and 215. I'm 177lbs now with plenty to lose but I don't ever…

id probably make small talk for a few minutes and excuse myself. he's already told me that losing me is his biggest regret, no use rubbing it in. leaving him is one of the best things I've ever done in my life, even though it was hard at the time. I hope he finds a lady one day that he doesn't want to choke and hit but…

haha I was pretty proud of where I am until I read the comments lol. I think my 1rm is a little over 200lbs. I hit 200x2 a little bit ago. hopefully its gone up since then but I haven't tested it in a few weeks.

I've lost 35lbs weightlifting on a deficit. its friggen tough! lol. I get so hungry when I work out and its easy to over-eat. I know the weight I've lost is a result of eating less, I just happen to lift becase I enjoy it but I can't credit my weight loss to picking up heavy stuff

love is when my hubby wakes up with the kids in the morning so I can sleep in a little and already has a pot of coffee ready for me....and doesn't hold anything I say before my first cup against me if im grumpy. its finding someone who sees the best in you and motivates you to be a better person. it's finding someone who…

if you eat anything other than broccoli and work out less than 4x a day there will be no progress...

why u no squat? I'm not an expert so I probably shouldn't put my 2 cents in but big compound movements engage your core. if you swapped leg press and seated leg curl for squat and deadlift your core would thank you. I have a bad habit of skipping my ab isolation but my obliques are solid and my abs are hard (through a…

starting weight was 209, the 1st pic was around 203. the "after" pics were taken at about 180. I'm 176lbs now, trying to get down to 166lbs for my 1st big goal of pre-pregnancy weight. I gained 50lbs with my son. I try to eat at a deficit to lose weight but I lift heavy because I effing love it!

I've exercised in the past with cardio and workout dvds (also cardio).and I couldn't stick with it becase it was boring. find something you like to do and you won't have to force yourself. I invested in a mini gym in my garage and I look forward to going out there every day. I don't do it for aesthetic reasons, that's just…

I don't log but if I did it would look pretty bad that all I've eaten for 3 days is homemade bread lol. in my defense im paranoid about running out of food and I save the healthy stuff for my kids.

I've been doing IF for about a week and its working well so far. I'm just always hungry lol! I eat between 12-5 but keep forgetting to have a meal so I have a few small snacks in that window and by 7 I'm starving. I had hit a plateau and now I'm dropping weight fast. how much weight are you trying to lose?
-
I haven't weighed this since I was 5 months pregnant. my son is 13 months now. I gained a lot of weight at the end of my pregnancy and continued to gain until he was 10 months old

my husband just cut down on soda becase he thought he drank too much and lost 20lbs within a few months. he wasn't even trying to lose weight. we were both pretty shocked lol

you look amazing!

you can do it! it's a great idea to set up mini goals to keep yourself from being overwhelmed. mfp is an amazing tool, It has helped so many people (including myself) and I can't wait to see you in the success story section. you are already absolutely beautiful btw. feel free to send me a friend request :-)

I used to live in oak grove, ky. I love it down there!

I agree with the above posters who said to find what you enjoy. working out should be something you look forward to, not dread. also it helps knowing what your strengths are and working around that. some people are better endurance athletes, others naturally excell in strength. personally, I've lost weight before with lots…

you seriously went to the gym with the expectation of getting hit on every time? I'm sorry, cupcake, but that's a sad reason to let go of your membership. the "bulked men" don't care that you get bored of them, they're trying to improve themselves, which is what you should have been focusing on too.

one of my favorite snacks is tuna out of the can (or mixed with salsa and hot sauce...mmmmmm)

I take it as a compliment, plus its nice to know your efforts are paying off. I feel very flattered when people mention it, its when they bring it up over and over that I start feeling a bit uncomfortable. I've lost 30lbs and I feel exactly as fat as I did before so it feels good knowing its probably in my head
-
I'm sorry, it's not a fun feeling. just try to do the best you can to minimize calorie dense food, but as a vegetarian you're probably ok. I agree spreading it out is a great idea but other than that you're probably going to be hungry sometimes. its hard but it will get better. I struggled with that so much in the…

haha no!
