im a month strong and feeling good, staying with in my calorie goal and walk 10-12 miles a week. I tried and do excersise videos via fitness blender but I ended up getting bored. I love walking it just makes me feel good but unfortunately I can't do that every day due to the heat and my son is to little to go out in it. We end up waiting tell about 6 to go outside. So is there a workout that keeps you going everyday ?

Doesn't really matter. A workout I love may be excruciatingly boring for you and vice versa. Find something that appeals to you. And if you can't, so what, suck it up and get it done. I don't need to love everything I do as long as I know it's effective in helping me reach my goals0 -
I've exercised in the past with cardio and workout dvds (also cardio).and I couldn't stick with it becase it was boring. find something you like to do and you won't have to force yourself. I invested in a mini gym in my garage and I look forward to going out there every day. I don't do it for aesthetic reasons, that's just a bonus :-) maybe you could put your son in a baby backpack and go hiking or play basketball with friends...whatever activity that makes you happy0

I like DailyBurn.com - they just started live streaming 30 minute workouts at 9am every day - they're calling it DailyBurn 365. If you can't make 9am, they record it and make it available until the next live stream. If you're not interested in the live stream, they also have a bunch of different programs you can sign up for - I do CardioSculpt right now.0

That sound like something I'd like, I'll check it out!0 -

Yeah I'm curtly saving for a stationary bike and some weights so hopefully that helps, I love walking and jogging so think a bike would be good for me

You are 100% right, I'm just looking to try new things. Thanks for the response0 -
I found trying to do a set program bored me completely - I was done with it usually 2-3 weeks in. Things like Insanity/T25/TurboFire, anything Jillian Michaels, been there done that.
So to keep from being bored, I make my own "program" - go to the gym one day, do a video from T25 another, do a video from 30 Day Shred the next. I'll rotate through the different videos anf going to the gym for whatever I feel like doing for the day. It keeps me from getting bored, and is something different every workout.0 -

This^
I have a library of DVDs that I rotate. It's a highly personal thing. I like Kelly Coffey Meyer - can't stand Jillian Michaels. You have to find what fits your needs.
YouTube is great - sample a bunch of different videos. Find some instructors that are motivating. I had a Netflix (by mail) account....got a new workout DVD every week. Once you figure out what you like, then buy videos. Your local library will have DVDs too.
I got a JumpSport rebounder last Christmas. Bouncing is fun cardio for me (you could jog on it).0 -
I mix it up with the sole exception that I do no exercise videos. I just find them boring and I'm uncoordinated so I usually get frustrated with them. I currently have a stress fracture so no running, but I swim several times a week, lift about twice a week (its always arm day) and ride the stationary bike. I freaking hate the stationary bike, but I do it because I like how cardio makes me feel and at this point my options are limited. I do try to fit in like a yoga or stretching day once a week. Again, that's enough for me cause I find yoga boring.0

I walk about 2 hours a day. Start early if its hot walk 25 mins this is about a mile for me. Wait 30 min go again. Go for 25min in the afternoon. Do this everyday for a month then start walking more. Don't try to jog or run starting you will blow out knees hips ect. Walking up stairs is much more painful but quite challenging if your bored0
