250x8-10 for sets, last time I tried 275x5 for one set. Never really wanted to try and Max it out.0

430x7 is my best. My goal is 500 or so by the end of the year. Not really ready to test my 1RM until closer to December.0

Just did 285 for 1 rep last night after a long period of not lifting/working out. Up from my previous max of 275 (year ago).0

haha I was pretty proud of where I am until I read the comments lol. I think my 1rm is a little over 200lbs. I hit 200x2 a little bit ago. hopefully its gone up since then but I haven't tested it in a few weeks.0

I dont find traditional deadlifts that you are referring to enjoyable so i tend to stick to the stiff leg cable deadlifts ( 95 lbs) or dumbell single leg variety.0

Uggh - been stalled at 135 for awhile:( At this rate my squat is going to surpass my deadlift pretty soon. I don't know why I have so much trouble with it.0

285 2x5 this week, was moderately difficult. Have never done a 1RM. Still ramping up at 20lb / week. Will probably reduce to 10lb / week soon as it is getting more difficult.0

lol I'm extremely vertically challenged and as such, weigh very little, so my numbers will probably be the smallest
But as of last week, my deadlift max was 63kg/138lb...
If you're interested in working out the relevant ratios, I am 4'9 (145cm) and weigh a measly 40kg/89lb (yes, I am the size of a 10 or 11 year old lol).0 -
It's been a minute but I'd be comfortable say I can 1 rep 300lbs.0

I can't even imagine 450 or 515 at this point. It is nice when guys much bigger than me shake there head when I'm loading up the bar and can't believe it when you pull it up of the ground.0 -
110kg which I am proud of, at only 157cm tall working my way to 150kgs!0

Was hitting 225lbs for 3-4 reps 3 sets last year before my injury. They've not been in my program since I got back in the gym so I haven't tried..... maybe back day this week I'll give them a test run.0

Hit 7 reps. I video taped myself and my back looking pretty good and flat , all except the 1st rep when lifting off the floor.
Gonna add 20lbs next time. Be the first time doing any exercise with 4 big plates on the bar. Hopefully I can hit 5 reps of 225 for all 4 sets!

Working sets around 105-120kg depending on how i'm feeling on the day.0
