Also 60 kgs (x7)! Very close to deadlifting bodyweight goal (~75 kg depending on weightloss, lol).0 -
New PR yesterday 385 (175kg)x 2 after hitting 380x 5 reps. I never attempt a max lift but that's the most I've managed. Goal is to try and get to 400lbs by christmas.0

I pulled 235lbs about 3 inches off the ground last week. I think I can get it by the end of the month.0

Last time I tried a one rep max was last year and it was about 254lbs.0

340x5 this morning...haven't done a 1RM on it since Christmas where I was at 405. Went on a cut, hurt my back and now working my way back up.0

I finally got form down and am now up to 205lb 1x5 and it feels light. I'm squatting 240lb 5x5 so I expect the deadlift to go right by with time.0

I don't max on anything, but I lift heavy always trying to stay within 4-6 reps. When I can hit 6 reps, I increase weight. Working out with 230 on the deadlift right now.0

250x8-10 for sets, last time I tried 275x5 for one set. Never really wanted to try and Max it out.0

430x7 is my best. My goal is 500 or so by the end of the year. Not really ready to test my 1RM until closer to December.0

Just did 285 for 1 rep last night after a long period of not lifting/working out. Up from my previous max of 275 (year ago).0

haha I was pretty proud of where I am until I read the comments lol. I think my 1rm is a little over 200lbs. I hit 200x2 a little bit ago. hopefully its gone up since then but I haven't tested it in a few weeks.0

I dont find traditional deadlifts that you are referring to enjoyable so i tend to stick to the stiff leg cable deadlifts ( 95 lbs) or dumbell single leg variety.0

Uggh - been stalled at 135 for awhile:( At this rate my squat is going to surpass my deadlift pretty soon. I don't know why I have so much trouble with it.0

285 2x5 this week, was moderately difficult. Have never done a 1RM. Still ramping up at 20lb / week. Will probably reduce to 10lb / week soon as it is getting more difficult.0
