Nic legs! I'm 39 and lost 50 pounds over a year ago. Definitely the best shape of my life... I can run for HOURS, kickbox, Zumba, you name it! Most 20 something's would be hard pressed to keep up with most of us oldies but goodies on this site! LOLL!!

I'm 50 lbs down with loose skin on my lower abdomen. When my pants are hiked to my belly button, you'd never know, even doing planks!! Lol Four kids and extra weight can do that to you! I'm hoping it becomes a bit less noticeable over time as it looks like crinkly paper and the rest of me looks pretty fit! I actually have…

Nice!! What was your running history like when you decided to train for the half marathon?? :-)

Man your recomp was phenomenal!! Really enhanced your shape! I was in a deficit lifting and made some great changes then changed my goals to a small bulk to try and grow a little more on the bottom. Your maintenance lifting certainly inspires me to consider stopping the mini bulk and seeing what can happen at my current…

Way to stay the course!! Phenomenal progress!!

Yeah... I def love myself.. I just don't necessarily love the imperfections that I thought would resolve themselves with continued weight loss.... thin and muscular overall with comparative "chubby" arms... "ripped" (to me) midsection but yet some wrinkly skin on my lower belly... losing my shape whilst trying to get small…

Great job! Love your arms!

MY NSV is a healthier hubby!! He didn't intentionally set out to lose weight last year but with the change in his eating (and juice drinking) habits, he has lowered his blood pressure AND weight by 45 lbs to date! NOW he is actively seeking to lose these last twenty pounds and regain his past impressive muscularity. :-) He…

You were Super pretty before the weight loss too! :-)

I "third" this statement! My BMI is in the middle range for normal... Ive lost 55 lbs total. I Definitely looked older and haggard initially!! I was thinking that I'd gain some weight (maybe to the higher end of normal) back so I could retrieve my girlish looks (lol), but thankfully my face DID sort itself out! .... I was…

The folks with the Charge 2, have you found that you are unable to track your runs accurately on the treadmill? I love running outside in general but sometimes its necessary for me to run indoors, and it never syncs properly.

Great job KatyBell!!! That's how you DO IT!

5'8, lost 50 lbs and dropped a half size down. I'm a size 9 again like prechildren. :-)

LOVE IT!! Great job!!

I have finally (the last few weeks) incorporated a CONSISTENT schedule of heavy weight lifting amongst my other fitness activities..running, kickboxing, etc...I am building on from the bodyweight/dumbbells that I have been using the last year. It hurts so GOOD!! :-)

Great job!!

Great dedication! You look beautiful! :-)

Great job!!! The setting of goals Never ends once it begins! What's the next step in your journey? :-)

I'm a runner... a new runner... but a runner non the less. :-) I run several days a week, saving trails for Sundays...my goal is to increase my distance over time, and not focus so much on miles/min (I like the calorie burn and the ability to eat more and it's more Fun for me this way)... well anyway Friday was supposed to…

I too had changes in my friendships...my friends complained that I never had time for them anymore .. I am a married, outside/inside of the home, working mom of four! My 'extra time' is generally working out when I am not running my kids around to their events...if you can't meet me at the gym or on my way to dance class…

Great job! Way to take ownership of your health!! As to your question: Being asked for the upteeth time (due to my belly) if I'm having another baby, when I WASN'T.... albeit, I was knocking them out in quick succession for a moment there.lol ... sitting at a table with my stomach lapping over....thankfully you'd Never…

NICE!! I'm up to six miles running trails. Tomorrow is a scheduled hour and forty min run.... looking forward to it but a Little nervous since that will be the longest I've ran being a novice runner and this trail's elevations are pretty brutal. Last week's longest run was an hour and 14 minutes... running with a group tmr…

That moment when you realize you are wearing your size small Fitbit on the last notch! Do they Have extra small?! That moment when you realize you probably have to spend the rest of your Life "setting the example" because Everyone around you sees you as the embodiment of fitness. lol It's cool though because this IS my way…

I ENJOY running..it MOVES me and I look FORWARD to it. Although I have been working out very consistently the past 1.5 years, I only recently took up running this past Oct/Nov. I started off "fast" thinking I had "something to prove" since I see myself as this "athlete" LOL..and while I could run a 30 min 5K a few days a…

I'm a new runner as well but I'm a Cardio Queen and body weight strength trainer turned Strong Curves Follower, so I actually had the stamina and strength to run as soon as I started.. I've been moderating my pace/ distance for the last three months to acclimate my muscles and joints. Starting next week, I've been "talked…
