If you want to tone by this losing fat, I think its good you are in a defict, but you need to do cardio (any of your choice) and lift weights/strength training for better results or you can simply do strength training. Count me in too! I'm excited, I never count the time I workout but I think 24 hours is achievable. today: I did a Intense HIIT Cardio and Core workout (45min) and 15 minutes of Yoga. Total since 01/03: 440min (7.3 hours)

I think you can lose weight while on beta blockers, it will just depend on the type of exercise you do and your diet. I would suggest you to discuss that with your doctor for better information, since he/she knows better your clinical history.

I just saw that I logged wrong my weight last week, instead of 57kg it was 55kg which is (121lbs). It didn't change :/ I'm still stuck with 55kg, I think I've plateaued, I'm going to maintain my calories between 1400-1800 calories and see what happends next week.

Idk, but you can search for Youtube Videos, there are tons of workouts. I'm a home exerciser too, I do Fitnessblender workouts, they have more than 400 videos, you can search them on website and choose what you want to work (upper body core, lower body, cardio, HIIT, stretch, pilates, etc)

I like Burpees, squat jumps, split jumps, lunge jumps, cursty lunge jumps, mountain climbers, high knees, pop squats, star jumps, push up jacks, seal push ups, jumping jacks, Thigh Slap Jumps. Or you can search some of Fitnessblender workouts, They have a lot of HIIT workouts, I hope I helped.
