you've lost 50 some lbs counting calories... so that's worked! basically don't fix what isn't broken ;)

haha definitely not my goal is to lose weight, so I personally don't eat any of those back
-
just count up the ingredients individually... could be a pain in the *kitten* tho

ugh, I know the feeling... 2 years ago I was 100 lbs lighter, changed gyms (biggest mistake ever) and just slowly stopped everything from healthy eating habits to working out and boom... here I am 100 lbs heavier hopefully this time I've learned enough from past mistakes so that this will be the last roller coaster ride

HELL YES!!! let's do this!

get it!! if you used to be into lifting than you're already familiar with the weight room, so that's a huge plus! 30 lbs isn't that bad, especially for a dude who's 260... eat a bit less and healthier and hit that gym

at the gym 6 days a week doing 60 min of cardio plus lifting for another 30-40 minutes (doing those stationary lift stations). Away from the gym I do a lot of walking and jog 3 5k's a week... on top of eating healthy... and it helps to shed that much when you're already weighing a lot lol

if you have time to sleep, you have time to work out!!!

motivation is the biggest things... if you have proper motivation the discipline won't be an issue

support is the hardest part for me too... gym, eating smaller and healthier portions isn't a problem and never was... I've basically had to say no to friends and a normal social life. Going out with friends was the biggest obstacle for me cause it always turns into having few drinks, than late night unhealthy meals...…
