Want to lose 30 pounds ( but need motivation)

I used to be big on weight lifting and eating right all the time. I used to take drugs for building my body and shakes. I spend hundreds of dollars. I was one of those crazy health nuts. Then I stopped because I had no reason to be like I was. I let's my self go for 5 years and look at my self and feel like a loser. I have low energy and my weight is hurting my legs and body. People at work call me fat *kitten* and lazy. I'm done and sick of it I was 200 pounds and 10 percent body fat know I'm 260 and my legs hurt and my body has little energy. Someone please help me!!!

    if you used to be into lifting than you're already familiar with the weight room, so that's a huge plus! 30 lbs isn't that bad, especially for a dude who's 260... eat a bit less and healthier and hit that gym
