Are you setting your calorie goal too low? Experimenting with this, I get kicked out if I try to enter 800 calories as a goal, for example. Could be MFP has limits on what you can enter.

Hi. Look at this link. https://www.dietdoctor.com/intermittent-fasting/time-restricted-eating

@Sunny_Bunny_ is one of those fountains of knowledge we've heard about :)

Click on the person's name, then click on their profile picture. You'll see a simple cartoon person with a "+". Click on that. At least, that's how my phone works. Luck to you!

You dream of being at a wedding reception but instead of eating cake, you eat from the bowl of pretty blue marbles that are the table decorations. Yeah, low carb marbles :)

Hi. Would you please post the episode number? Thanks!

Might be pan dependent? I use 2 cast iron skillets. One is completely nonstick and a pleasure to use. The other one (I know I'm playing favorites) has sticky spots. I don't treat one differently from the other.

My husband piles this in the George Foreman for lunch, essentially toasts it.

I hardly ever find cherry Coke Zero. Probably good because I could drink it all day long. I limit myself to buying only 2 bottles when I do find it. I don't know if it adversely affects me. I just figure plain water is better for me.

@LauraCoth , just hoping you figure this out...

Hi. I'm in SE Wisconsin, between Madison and Milwaukee.

Huh! Gotta say me too. I only just this past week have learned some of the above methods for making hard boiled eggs peel easier. And it's not like I just found my kitchen...

Uhh, back to your name-- I kept reading it as Pajamajane. My eyes make things up. Good luck and strength on your mini goals!
-
@45forme, I certainly do wish you luck! Some days are easier than others. Please just keep getting up and trying again. And come here and read! :)

My husband's favorite saying is "I never cheat...on my DIET". My MIL tells me to just hit him when he says stuff like that :))

Happy here too. Sun is out, dog moved to the end of the bed, son is home until the Navy sends him away for the summer. Pork tenderloin in the slow cooker for supper tonight. And husband is joining me on the LCHF WOE. Yay!

Latest favorite at our house is chicken thighs in bacon grease/ cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning, bake in the oven. Flip halfway through. Love cast iron!!

Thanks for your replies. I'll call the doctor. There really is nothing else different. Just the tiny crackle sounds.

I am now in the @Dragonwolf camp: "abstain entirely from all forms of sugar for 4-6 weeks to break the habit and make new ones." I keep looking at the liquid stevia in my refrigerator, thinking I should just get rid of it. Anything sweet, artificial or not, sets me off. Again.

@neohdiver How great to start having all your hard work recognized!

I am lurking again but want to send kind hugs to all. Late fall/ Christmas time is when 3 men have died in my family (FIL, father, and first husband in that order) It is a mixed emotion time for me. I am thinking of everyone here.

Thank you! I just found this group and am looking forward to taking my laptop downstairs to start reading all I can! I have lost about 50 pounds mostly with IF, which is what OMAD appears to be. I have stalled recently (had switched back to 3 small meals per day) and beginning tomorrow am back to one meal a day.

I voted too

And you probably didn't stop for a milkshake and fries on the way home. Yes, you did wonderful damage control!

Bought new jeans yesterday, one size down. Found out I skipped a size...had to return them for the next smaller size :)

*hugs* So sorry to hear about your dad, Scary. Death sucks. Anticipating death sucks. The whole deal sucks. How can the sun keep coming up every morning after all the nightmares in life? But you have to keep waking up and living your life because you are not done yet. I agree with having supplies for butter coffee. I…

Look for an article or post by Tim Ferriss fourhourworkweek.com/2009/10/05/gout Gout: The Missing Chapter from Good Calories, Bad Calories Interesting reading!

Many people forget or don't realize healthcare is a business.

I wouldn't consider drinking bullion only only to be breaking a water fast. I do have another idea for a hot drink: chamomile tea mixed with mint tea, one bag of each, 2 cups boiling water. The chamomile is flowery and the mint sweetens gently...(unless you think your IR would catch you.) P.S. I am reading the book you…

Citric acid? I buy it by the bag--great sprinkled into skillet of chicken or beef.
