Well I add my food here then have a little fitness journal that's actually paper, and in there I add my meals and do weight watchers points and also track my workouts. My wife is doing weight watchers and I am doing that in additions for support :)

I dont add any exercise unless I am slightly over my cals and really its just to make me feel better about it.

Nice Yea I just came back 3 weeks ago and I have gained about 50lbs while I was in and out of surgery and recovery. Apparently when you go from body building and you get hurt you should not continue to eat the way prior to the injury :P But I will get there again!

I got off all caffine since I got on thrive but man I was drinking a pot of black coffee in the morning and 2-3 redbulls in the afternoon

I usually get 3 egg whites fried with no butter or oil and some garlic, and then drink a new whey protein shot on the way to work. Its 41g of protein

Hey I am in the same boat. I was thin got big when I was bodybuilding, got hurt, now trying to lose the weight I gained.

I was a body builder a few years back and used this every day. Now I had a few injuries and surgeries got fat and been back for about a week now. I have lost about 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks, and I have always ate healthy its just amounts that have been hard to control . How about yourself?
