I only weigh myself on Sundays, my eat what I want day. If I have been real good with my eating & exercising the other six days, I eat whatever comes my way. Great job. I keep around 1200 a day myself. I've lost 34 lbs. since Jan. 3rd. The only place I lack is I struggle to get enough iron & sometimes calcium. I also try to walk between 5-7 miles a day which helps get the pounds off.

If I have done well for the week, Monday - Saturday, I treat myself to whatever I want to eat on Sunday's. I try not to go too far over my allotted calories for the day but it fulfills my cravings. I don't see anything wrong with splurging one day a week.
