I love the Charge HR, it will tell you your heart rate at any time, I find the steps are accurate (as well as the heart rate monitor), and the sleep sensor is neat. It also tells you your resting heart rate for the day.

Which kind did you get? I have the Charge HR, I wear it on my left wrist. I love the thing. My recommendation, if you have this one or the Charge, is to set it to dominant wrist and wear it on your non dominant one. This makes it less sensitive, I found that scratching my leg I would get counts, no longer.
