I have lost @115lbs and have seen substantive shrinkage of my apron, though I don't have pictures. When I started, my apron hung down about 2 inches below the natural start of my pubic hair. Now when I look in the mirror, the lowest point is above the start of my pubic hair.

I enter my calories daily, but think in weekly terms. Sunday through Friday, I usually have a deficit in my MFP allowed calories. Then I "spend" those calories on Saturday.

I just zipped up my new, beautiful, knee high, chocolate brown suede boots -- that are NOT wide calf - thank you very much!

I have completely fallen off the wagon with this. Going to try to start again

Day one abs and squats done. I did one and a half push ups lol. Maybe I can make it to 5 by the end of the month!

My weight graph looks exactly the same (though you sure can tell that we went on vacation in June!). I have a free day once a week (usually Saturday). Weight is up on Monday, goes down, down, down until Saturday morning, then up again on Monday. BUT, the trend is down and that's the key!

Day 30 done! Hooray, I did it!

Every week. Yes, I plan them. 99% of the time it's Saturday. I love Saturdays. I swap a latte for a mocha with whip, salad for pizza and fruit for ice cream. I don't eat any exercise calories during the week, "banking" them for Saturdays. It works for me.

In! Not sure about the push ups though. I'll try.

Day 29 done.

Another amusement park story - I was "this close" to not riding Forbidden Journey at Universal in Florida in June, 2015. I had to exit the ride, but they let me try again and the second time the harness clicked where it needed to - barely. Wow. It was so humiliating and humbling. That whole vacation was an obese person's…

(day 20) and day 21 done! I was not in the mood to do that - waited until almost 10:00pm - but I did it!

Day 19 ✔️

Day 18 complete. First time I've ever timed myself. It took 16 minutes.

My fitbit syncs with mfp so it goes down as exercise. I also walk for exercise - so I'm glad it counts it for me

Not by a doctor, no. None of my doctors every really said much to me. I was pushed when I saw my weight affect my life in a practical way. I have no co-morbidities (cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar are fine). I went on vacation for the first time in about a year and I could barely buckly the seatbelt in the plane…

Day 17 complete.

Day 16 complete! Tomorrow looks like a piece of cake.

I don't think the "Obese" BMI was a shock - we had a wii and that wii fit scale person would loudly announce "that's obese" when I would weigh in. Sigh. What shocked me was when I googled my BMI and found out that I qualified for bariatric surgery without any co-exisitng issues (I was so obese that I didn't even need to…

Day 15 done!

I take a free day once a week. I think it is what keeps things sustainable for me. If I have a craving, I can remember that and have whatever it is on Saturday. Outside of a very special occasion, it's the only day I eat out during the week and I like that my family can choose any restaurant and I can eat anything.

Day 14 done. I take back what I said yesterday. The squats today were HARD!
-
Day 13 done. Can't believe how much easier 75 squats were today than 50 squats on day 2.

I don't ban foods, but there are many foods that I don't eat because they just don't taste delicious enough to justify the calories. The most notable is the quarter pounder meal at McDonald's which was my go to McDonald's meal - it doesn't even taste as good as it used to to me anymore, but it certainly doesn't taste…
