BTW, I'm sure that some of us have done this before. This was my first, but I plan to continue it every month (I'll add the plank challenge next month too.) How do you switch things up? I decided to try 1/2 crunches & 1/2 full sit-ups for Sept. and I'm going to add weight (20#?) to my squats.0

Day 4 ✔️ Sundays are usually the day that I do abs and arms, so today I again incorporated this challenge into it. I did do more abs, in total I did 120, but stuck to the 50 squats.1
