    Day 11, that had to be a type-o!! Did it, but just barely. Nearly reached muscle failure on those squats.

    Day 3 finished! 120 crunches I broke into 2 sets, 75 squats also broke into 2 sets.

    Day 11 done! Did 60 squats, then 60 crunches, then 60 squats -- all in one exercise session, but felt I should split up the squats somehow.

    Day 12 done. For those finding it is getting easier, congratulations on that! I'm finding the opposite, mainly with the crunches. My core was so weak to start with that my form was horrendous. Now that my core is a little stronger, my form is better, making the crunches much more effective and basically harder. I'm hoping by the end of the 30 days it starts getting easier. Rock on squatty crunchy challengers.
