Okay everyone I missed logging last week, but I am caught up with my squats and ab work!!
I've gotten into them enough that I'm sweating. I turn up the beats; dance, shake and move my body a bit and try to move through the squats and abs alternating every 20 reps.
I didn't see any change in inches, but I did lose 4 pounds this past week.
Here's to another week of ab crunches and squats~~ Good luck everyone.
